Dr. Leah Kenyon-George has been a registered psychologist in the province of Alberta since 2014. She received a Masters of Counseling from Gonzaga University in 2010, a Masters of Arts in Psychology (with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology) from Fielding Graduate University in 2015. She completed a PhD in Psychology (with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology) from Fielding Graduate University in 2019. Leah is an EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapist who works with older adolescents and adults of all ages. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, anger, depression, trauma and stress. She also has experience in the areas of self-esteem, family of origin, parenting, loss, postpartum depression and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Leah has a specialty in working with individuals recovering from sexual exploitation and human trafficking (since 2010).
